I am so excited because it’s time for this week’s Q&A segment on “Beauty Inside Out” with Kimberly Snyder. This week, I answer four trending questions from the Beauty Detox Community.
This week’s most popular question was: “What would be a healthy drink or snack to have to keep my energy levels up throughout the day?”
Have you been asking yourself this very same question? If you want to know the answer to this question and 3 more sent in by Beauties just like you, listen now to find out!
Remember you can submit your questions at www.kimberlysnyder.com/askkimberly

Do "savory" fruits like cucumber, bell peppers, and tomatoes digest the same as sweet fruits? Can I eat them with sweet fruits, or should they be eaten 30 minutes after? Lastly, do I need to wait 3-4 hours after eating denser foods like starches or nuts before I can eat cucumbers and tomatoes?

In regards to only eating fruit on a empty stomach, how long should I wait?

Love your podcasts and your positive outlook on life. As I work in an office, I'm not active during the day. After my lunch, which I try to keep small and healthy, I often crash in the afternoon and feel completely drained.
What would be a healthy drink or snack to have to keep my energy levels up throughout the day?

What are your thoughts on popcorn? Obviously the super buttery and salty kinds are not ideal, but what about the organic brands or something like Skinny Pop?
