Love you, love my GGS and love the podcast! I have regularly been drinking hot water with lemon first thing in the morning, sticking to GGS for breakfast and primarily eating fruits, veggies, salads and soups with quinoa for the past several weeks. My concern is that I have continued to experience severe bloating as I've maintained this type of diet. I am avoiding all meat and dairy. Any other recommendations for how to diminish this uncomfortable bloating?

I work in an office so I do not get much physical activity besides your yoga DVD 30 mins to 1 hour a day depending on how much time I have. I do this to stay active. Is Yoga 30 minutes to 1 hour a day enough exercise for extended periods of time (6 months to a year)? Or is cardio at least 30 minutes a day required a day as well to give the body enough daily physical movement requirements?
