I'm wondering what a "beauty" would do when feeling under the weather? I woke up this morning with a sore throat and a plugged nose (no fun) and am wondering if there are any natural, healthy ways to cure common cold symptoms?

Is there a method to the timing of taking supplements successfully? I try to get a majority of the nutrients from food, but also take supplements like probiotics, a wellness formula, vitamin b, vitamin C, vitamin D, cloves, milk thistle and so on, plus diatomaceous earth, blackstrap molasses, collagen, etc. Most directions either say take on an empty stomach or with meals, but do they counteract one another if taken at the same time or certain times of the day?

I love the principals of Beauty Detox and I try to incorporate as many as I can daily... except when I snack, I feel I eat way too many dried mangos. I don't know why, but it just feels wrong and I wanted to ask what you think of eating dried mangoes for a snack?

I try as hard as I can to eat clean, nourishing foods, BUT I constantly crave salty foods, specifically chips. Is there anything you can recommend to tame this salt craving or possibly something healthy yet similar with the crunch to snack on when this craving comes in?
