I work very long hours, sometimes I’m up at 3AM and not home till 8PM. I manage to meditate before and after work but my problem is with sleep and exercise. Is it more important for me to get in 30-60 minutes doing yoga or at the gym or should I be using that time to sleep since I get so little of it due to my work?

The biggest problem I have with my yoga practice, other than consistency, is stepping my feet forward from my down dog to the front of the mat. I can't decide if it's my body parts getting in the way or if it's a matter of flexibility. Is there a way to correct this? It's been about 6 months and still can only bring my feet half way without just raising my upper body to standing and walking the remaining distance.

I’ve been reading Beauty Detox Power, and it speaks to me. I’ve always had a diet heavy in animal protein. I enjoy exercise and lifting weights. Can you explain how the Beauty Detox diet provides protein for someone who has been brainwashed for 34 years to eat my bodyweight in protein to build muscle and become lean? I'm not lean though.
