On this week’s Thursday episode of “Beauty Inside Out,” Kimberly answers four questions from listeners, readers and fans of the Beauty Detox Community. This week’s most popular question was, “Is drinking lemon water safe for your tooth enamel?” Are you curious to find out the answer? Tune in now to find out! Also remember, you can submit your questions at www.kimberlysnyder.com/askkimberly.
Questions Answered:
- I think I have a big Ayurvedic imbalance (vata). How do you suggest balancing it? What are your thoughts on Ayurvedic medicine? Are raw vegetables and The Glowing Green Smoothie® still advised?
- What does Kimberly think about putting a spoon full of dulse and nutritional yeast into the GGS? Is that a smart thing to do? Is it Beauty Detox-friendly?
- I've been wondering if it's safe for tooth enamel to drink a lot of lemon water or hot water with lemon. I know it is alkaline in the system, but I've heard of people losing their enamel on teeth from eating too much citrus fruits or drinking a lot of lemon. Could that really happen?
- Is it okay to take Probiotics for extended periods of times? Months? Years? Or is it more of an off and on situation? What are the benefits?
Inspirational Thought Of The Week:

Detoxy+
http://shop.kimberlysnyder.com/products/detoxy
Detoxy+ is a nutritional supplement that helps cleanse your digestive and elimination organs of wastes and toxins in a gentle, yet effective way—without any of the drawbacks of typical laxatives or fiber supplements.
Detoxy+ is created by adding an oxygen molecule to magnesium—through the non-toxic process called ozonation—forming a compound called magnesium oxide. When you take the capsule, it dissolves and releases monatomic, or nascent, oxygen over a six to twelve hour period or more, throughout the entire digestive system.
The magnesium acts as a transporter of the oxygen throughout the entire body and has the gentle effect of loosening toxins and acidic waste in your colon, helping transport them out of the body via elimination. Oxygen, delivered in this way, supports the growth of friendly bacteria, which is essential for proper digestive and intestinal health.
Detoxy+ is safe for regular use and is non habit-forming. It can be helpful for anyone looking to increase their elimination and regularity, increase detoxification, reduce bloating or gas, and just feel lighter and healthier overall.
In this first-ever episode of the “Beauty from the Inside Out Podcast with Kimberly Snyder”—she shares her experience of traveling to Sri Lanka, eating much more rice than she normally does and LOSING weight, and some possible research to explain why this happened. In the second segment, she interviews renown physician, Parla Jayagopal, B.A.M.S—or Dr. Jay as many know him—and they dive into the amazing, 6,000-year-old tradition of Ayurvedic Medicine and how it can help restore your sleep, digestion, weight and beauty.
